Custom Design

Custom Design is a great way to have a piece made specifically for you or a special someone. I strive to make it a seamless & easy process, with a beautiful, wearable outcome that you can cherish forever and pass down for generations! I only except custom designs based off of the style of jewelry I create. I do not work with client’s stones or offer repairs on pieces I didn’t create. Due to the time & detail involved in custom work, I do not always have availability. About the Process

Consultation

If I have availability for your custom project and design perimeters are narrowed down, I create a hand-drawn sketch with measurements of the piece, with the desired gemstones of your choice. Everything is hand drawn to an approximate scale with a final price quote range for the project. To receive a sketch + estimate a non-refundable $50-$100 deposit will be required for this consultation phase of the custom design. The first sketch is included in the deposit fee, however, additional sketch work may be subject to a charge. The first sketch + estimate fee will go towards the final payment for the design.  

Time Frame

For custom jewelry designs please allow 6-8 weeks for the creation of your piece.  

Ready, set, go!

Once we are ready to begin the manufacturing process there will be a non-refundable 50% deposit for the jewelry design. Due to ordering of materials, time & labor the deposit for custom designs are non-refundable.

After the sketch and estimate are approved the 50% deposit is to be paid within 48 hours. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, the project will be forfeited & sketch work fees will not be refunded.

Upon completion of the piece the remaining custom design deposit is to be purchased within 7 days unless agreed upon a certain time/day for the final purchase.

All custom design sales are final.
